High Voltage Test Bench

50kV AC/70kV DC high voltage test set:

This unit consists of duly epoxy painted high voltage oil cooled transformer with 70kV oil cooled rectifier, 70kV RC filter and 70kV resistance divider fixed on powder coated MS base. The control panel is built with 50kV meter, 70kV meter, digital timer, 16A single phase dimmer, required contractor, necessary push buttons and indicators all of which have name plates. The unit also has high sensitive tripping device. All necessary accessories are provided.

Rod Gap Apparatus:

This module consists of high quality epoxy FRP insulating H shape supporter, 3 sets of electrodes (point - point, plate - plate, square - square), current limiting water resistor, high grade chromium plated electrode holder, gap movement mechanism with vernier scale and micrometer scale to measure gap between electrodes accurately.

Sphere Gap Assembly:

This module consists of high quality epoxy FRP insulating L shape hold supporter, 2 62.5mm diameter spheres, current limiting water resistor, high grade chromium plated sphere holder, sphere gap movement mechanism with vernier scale and micrometer scale to measure gap between spheres accurately.
