c) Power Diode Module: 10A,25A,40A/1200V.
d) Fast Recovery Diode Module: 10A,25A/1000V.
e) Power MOSFET Module: 10A,15A/400V.
f) Power IGBT Module: 19A,30A/600V,1200V.
Each module consists of particular device mounted on proper heat sink protected by snubber circuit and fuse. All the terminals are brought out to front panel. Different modules can be interconnected to build standard power circuits.
