To study V-I characteristics of SCR, TRIAC and DIAC and also to find holding and latching current for SCR and TRIAC.
Screen printed polycarbonate panels enclosed in powder coated MS box consisting of one each of SCR, TRIAC & DIAC.
Variable DC power supplies of ratings 1.5V-10V/100mA and 3.5V-35V/500mA are provided along with 25W potentiometer for load.
The unit is also provided with 1 digital voltmeter and 2 digital ammeters.
Works on 230V AC mains.
